ORDERING INFORMATION

Production Time

Normal production time is generally 5-10 working days. Rush service is also available on some items. Please contact us right away if you require rush service. If you have an upcoming event, please contact us as soon as possible so may be sure to get your order in and processed on time.

Payment Terms

Cash, check, money order or credit card.  We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards. Net terms for approved accounts only. A 50% deposit may be required for new or existing clients and must be received when order is placed. The remaining balance will be due upon shipment or delivery.

Minimum Orders

Less than minimum quantities are available for some products. Call our office for additional charges.

Overruns / Underruns

Due to various imprinting processes for different products, we reserve the right to ship and bill up to 10% over or under the quantity ordered, accordingly. Please note that is an industry standard. If you require exact quantity, you must specify at the time of placing your order (additional charges may apply).

Shipping

Prices do not include shipping charges. All products are shipped F.O.B. factory. Freight will be added to your invoice.

Imprint

Please call our office for applicable charges for color imprints, PMS color matches or imprints in more than one area. Please send camera-ready artwork (at exact size) with your order. You may call our office if you need assistance.

Artwork

Camera-ready artwork is any professionally prepared, black and white rendering of your logo, emblem, line art or copy. Photocopies (Xeroxes) or FAX transactions are not acceptable. Additional charges may apply if the artwork submitted has to be re-sized or cleaned up. If you don’t have camera-ready art, our art department can prepare your artwork for a reduced cost. Please call for a quote and/or current rates.

Camera-ready artwork can be e-mailed to us. We are PC-based, but are able to accept most MacIntosh files that have been saved as an EPS file. Please call for instructions, if needed. We primarily use Adobe CS3 and CorelDraw Graphics Suite X3 products. We can also convert your artwork from other software programs and formats. Please contact us to be sure we will be able to work with your file. Also, be sure to convert all type to outlines. When possible, please compress file before sending.
